DIRECTIONS:
● When you enter the development (that is marked by a wooden butterfly at its entrance) go to the first stop sign and take a right.
● Then, after that, take another immediate sharp right - almost like a u turn. Then, go straight down all the way to the bottom of the hill and turn left into the underground covered parking garage.
● We have two parking spots for your use, both of them marked “Unit 3” that are in the middle of the covered parking garage.
● There is no additional parking unfortunately, you will be towed. .
● Our condo (#3) is by the middle doorway. The code will be set and given to you shortly before check in.

● Please take out all garbage before departure and bring to the garbage room that is to the left of the garage entrance.
● It is not locked and there is a motion detected light as you walk in.
● Please note that sadly, there is NOT a recycling center at the condo. There is one at the community center so you are welcome to leave your recycling and our cleaning team will take to the community center once you depart.
BALCONY
● Please make sure to keep all balcony sliding doors closed to prevent bugs from entering the condo or use the screens provided.
● Please, for your safety, do not throw anything over the edge or try to enter the cliff or try to retrieve anything you may have dropped.
COMMUNITY CENTER
● The community center is located across the street at 30 Golfside Circle. It includes an outdoor basketball court, tennis/pickleball courts, a play area, several outdoor grills.

Bristol Harbour is a community of short term rental goers and permanent residents that enjoy award winning views of Canandaigua lake side by side. Guests are given favorable access to most of what the Bristol Harbour community has to offer including tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming area, grills, and all open air spaces. Guests do not enjoy access to the marina, even to get picked up or dropped off for the day. The Naples boat launch is the closest public location to do so. Also, guests cannot use the paddle boards, kayaks, or inside of the community center (you may use the outdoor amenities). They are for owner use only. The city of Canandaigua and Naples are both under 12 miles away.
As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire condo (except for the cleaner’s closet), including the spacious balcony with gorgeous views, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. You will also have full access to several shared amenities such as the basketball courts, the outdoor grills, the beachfront, and the tennis courts! Please note that guests will not have access to the paddle boards and kayaks, the marina, or the community center.

The three well-appointed bedrooms are located downstairs and are perfect for relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a dresser to unpack all your clothes. Curl up with a good book in the sitting area or enjoy the unbeatable views of the lake.
The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and stunning views through the large windows. The final bedroom is perfect for kids and young adults and features two cozy single beds. All of the beds feature plush pillow-top mattresses to ensure a sound night’s sleep for each member of your group.

There is one full bathroom and a half bath, providing enough space for everyone to get ready for the day. You’ll find a hairdryer and tasteful decor in each bathroom. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower with a spa shower panel, so you can choose your preferred water setting! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.

On the main floor, you’ll find an open floor plan with a large kitchen, an elegant lounge, and a spacious dining table, creating the ultimate hang-out space for your group.
Make a delicious feast in the modern yet charming kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances and blue cabinets, adding a vibrant pop of color! You’ll find everything you’ll need to craft a tasty meal, including an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, and a full-size fridge and freezer.
Spill something on your clothes? You’ll find an in-suite washer and dryer in this space. Paper towels, K-cups, creamer, sugar, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and garbage bags are all provided for your convenience! In the morning, enjoy a hot cup of coffee at the counter with two stools, or convert it to a workspace if you have any remaining work to finish up! Enjoy all your meals at the spacious wooden dining table while enjoying the views of the lake from the large windows. After dinner, clear the table and make your way to the immaculate lounge to relax.

From the condo, take the shared elevator downstairs and make your way to the sandy beach, only a few steps away! You can enjoy access to all that the Bristol Harbor community has to offer, including a sandy beachfront, basketball courts, tennis courts, BBQ grills, and plenty of open space to explore.
Free covered parking is available in the garage for up to 2 cars. There is no additional parking unfortunately, you will be towed.

Anything after 11 AM will be at half the rate of the next night. Our cleaners are on a strict schedule and need to get into the house as soon as possible to get it turned over for the next guest.
