76004 Overseas Highway - Enjoy spectacular sunsets while drinking an iced cold beverage on the observation deck of this stunning home nestled back behind swaying palm trees. This home sits directly on the bay and has two bedrooms two baths upstairs and has a detached two-bedroom one bath apartment. The home is located at mile marker 76.
Near the house is the small Anne's Beach. There are nature trails and boardwalks that lead to small lunch and BBQ areas, private sandy areas hidden in the mangroves and parking. The home is also near Robbie's Marina (where they feed the Tarpon), Bud n' Mary's Marina and Caloosa Cove Marina. You won't have a problem finding a marina for boat rentals or a fishing guide (Deep Sea or Backcountry). Everything is really close! You are only minutes away from "Downtown Islamorada" where Worldwide Sportsman and the Islamorada Fish Company are located yet you are in a quiet part of town. Sorry, no pets allowed. VACATION RENTAL LICENSE: 24-0307 Per Islamorada's vacation rental ordinances for weekly rentals 2 people per bedroom are allowed, and 2 additional guests if under the age of 6.

Summary: Excellent location. We knew the decorating was dated from the listing photos. There are some maintenance issues that should be addressed; the shower door in the master bedroom bathroom falls off, the doors squeak and the locks are sticky. the mattresses could be replaced. We would return due to the location.
