Casa Pato is a very handsome villa, the perfect vacation home to host many friends and families traveling together! With apprx. 3,700 sq. ft., this spacious six bedroom, 5.5 full bath floor-plan provides ample privacy for all. It s large roof-top terrace views of the Arch is nothing short of breathtaking. The private pool and jaccuzzi makes for fabulously fun afternoons here in sunny Cabo. Located in a well-known, guard gated community located apprx. 2 miles outside of downtown Cabo. Handsome Casa Pato has a warm and natural feel to it. Natural leathers and warm tones create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large, Mexican-style wooden doors create a wonderful entry into this super villa. On the entry level, you will find the Queen master bedroom en-suite, and two additional queen bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are spacious with sliding glass doors giving direct access to the pool and jaccuzzi areas. Both bedrooms two and three share a spacious, granite bathroom with nice glass enclosures. Up the nice staircase to the top indoor level you will find the large living area with 60 Dish TV, a beautiful, handsome dining table with seating for 8, granite and stainless kitchen with cow-hide upholstered bar stools with additional seating for 6. There is also a bonus room with seating for 4 that is great for a game of cards or other fun games families and friends enjoy. A handsome 2nd Queen master-ensuite, also with sliding glass doors giving access to the outdoor space overlooking the pool area is also on the upper main level. One of our most favorite spaces is Casa Pato is what we refer to as "The Crows-nest". It s an outdoor circular space with seating for 4 which has wonderful views of the Arch. It s a great space to enjoy an evening cocktail while enjoying some of Cabo s most beautiful sunsets! We feel the best attributes of Casa Pato are the two additional exterior Queen bedrooms with their own private entries offering great private spaces, while traveling with others. One is an en-suite that is located on the upper middle level next to the crow s nest and the other has a full bath right next door on the bottom level that also offers an exterior bath for those afternoons lounging by the pool. Head to the roof-top of Casa Pato and you will be once again amazed. Enjoy this spacious area furnished with a large circular sofa with seating for 8 and also a small dining table for 4 . Enjoy these magical mornings and serene sunsets we all embrace and enjoy here in Cabo! Feel like dining in? Casa Pato has two BBQ s, one propane and the other charcoal offering two different cooking styles for possibly the preparation of some of those great catches of the day ! Cabo is known as the Marlin Capital of the World . Although we are a catch and release preferred fishing area, there are many great fish perfect for possibly a surf and turf dinner.....i.e. tuna, dorado, wahoo and more. The guests will have full access to the villa of Casa Pato. There is a lower garage that is not available for guests as it is currently occupied with a boat. There is parking in front of the villa and also in the circular area located just in front of the villa. Cabo Bello is a well-known, man-guarded gated community located apprx. 2 miles outside of Cabo San Lucas on the Corridor between Cabo and San Jose del Cabo! The development itself has many homes, all with different design, color, style and vibes. That's the charm of Cabo Bello. Cabo Bello also has a semi-private beach only a 7 minute walk away for many to enjoy. We are here for our guests 24/7 for all of your needs. We will be there shortly after your arrival to introduce ourselves and the villa to you and your guests.
