The home was completely updated two years ago and looks brand new. A generous 2-story living room with sweeping staircase and stained-glass windows greets you, as does an old fashioned parlor. The enormous kitchen features granite counters, a gourmet gas range, large island with bar seating, double ovens and a microwave. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms and two share a bathroom. The master bedroom is simply astonishing with a gas fireplace, walk-out to a large private garden area. Featured in the master bath is a corner whirlpool tub, multiple-head, walk-in tile shower, private lavatory and his and hers sinks. One upstairs bathroom features an Italian marble soaker tub, separate shower and bidet. The second spacious bedroom features a private deck overlooking the courtyard, a whirlpool tub and private bath. The shared bathroom and bedrooms are very spacious and offer sunny views. A theatre room w/projection TV is available. The large unground pool is available for guest use during the warm months. A large patio area will accommodate outdoor dinners, parties and even a small wedding, perhaps.
