Positive: Very nice and cosy property. Room was clean, renovated, beds comfortable. The house is on the edge of town, so there was very quite. Choir of 1000 birds in the evening and morning. Supermarket in 5 min
Negative: few things out of hosts control, like view of abandoned construction through the window. While there was very quite, but sound from 1st floor yard was very well audible. So it was impossible to sleep with the open window if neighbors like to chat even quietly and smoke in the yard in the evening.
