Relax and unwind in our updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Olde Towne Yacht Club on Radio Island. We are conveniently located just minutes away from Beaufort and Morehead waterfront. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking advantage of the impeccable views from the deck. Whether it’s watching the dolphins frolic near the marina, catching a glimpse of the wild horses on Carrot Island, watching the constant parade of boats passing by, or simply enjoying a few moments of solitude - you won’t find a better place to start your day! OTYC is a gated community with an on-site marina, pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, grilling area, and exercise room. Our condo is equipped with 4 new Roku TVs (although we don't know why you'd want to watch TV with the view from the deck). All linens are provided (bath towels AND beach towels), hairdryers in each bathroom, a clothing steamer, and complimentary toiletries in case you forget something!
We are conveniently located just steps away from Radio Island Public Beach. We have all the amenities you will need to relax, refresh and recharge. Book your stay today!

The Condo Board Approved a New Pet Rule: No Short Term Renters (defined as renters who rent a unit 31 consecutive days or less) are allowed to bring pets to Olde Towne Condominiums. Only pets that are Owner’s Pets or their immediate Family Pets and Guest while staying with Owner are allowed on the premises. This rule is effective as of March 11, 2022 for all future leases.
We play by the rules, and expect our renters to do the same - so please don't ask us to give "special consideration" for your pet.
