Located in a relaxing community called Sabal Harbor, we love the proximity of this modern home to all there is to do in the surrounding area. After all, Florida is known for its stunning nature, coastlines, and weather, so you want to take advantage of it all during your stay here! In just a few minutes, you can walk on foot to nearby convenience stores and grocery shops to get a few must-haves for the home and get your coffee fix.
If you want to go a bit farther, you can walk to one of the numerous white sand beaches along the Gulf Coast in no time at all. Forget having to send money on a rental car — we make it possible for you to walk or bike everywhere!
If you are feeling active during your stay, you can also use the community amenities that are conducive to getting in your 10,000 steps per day! We recommend going to the tennis court and challenging one of your pals or new neighbors to a friendly game. Or go to the b-ball court and teach your kids how to shoot the right way!
And once you walk inside of the home, you will see why you may never want to leave. This 3-bedroom house contains ample shared space for you to hang out with your loved ones, play cards, watch TV, and eat meals together.
