Positive: The bed was very comfortable and I liked that Netflix was available on the TV.
Negative: It could have been cleaner especially since they make you do most of the leg work upon check out by stripping the bed, taking out the trash AND washing the dishes. You think it would be spotless. But there was hair in the shower and stained wash clothes on the kitchen counter. One of those things you just try to ignore since you're stuck there for the weekend. But the worst part was that the keyless entry didn't work. It worked when we first got there, then we left to go to SDC. We didn't get home until like 9:30, tired ready to rest and then the keyless entry didn't work. We were typing in the code correctly but it would not unlocked. Had to call the contact, wait for her to come. It's like she thought we were just putting in the code wrong and came with no back up keys. Of course it didn't work for her and then the batteries died on the lock. So she called a locksmith and left. He didn't show up until past 10:30 pm. He couldn't get in through the front door so he had to get in through the patio door, breaking the lock (to bad we didn't notice until after he left). The company contact told us that the locksmith knew he would need to change the batteries in the lock. He didn't. We had to tell him. He didn't have batteries with him so thankfully we had some in our car he was able to use. Since he broke the patio door (I'm sure unknowingly) we had to wedge the ironing board behind the door so it could only be opened a couple inches in case someone tried it. At that point, almost 11:00 pm, it was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Although the contact did offer to have it fixed while we were there, we wanted the rest of our weekend uninterrupted.
Summary: Could've been good, but it seemed like laziness on whoever runs the place's part ruined it.
