Positive: The bed was comfortable as was the nice shower.
Negative: The tele-clerk was very aggravating. This person was in Wisconsin, did not speak American very well and seemed very angry with my refusal to not accept a 3rd floor room. I’m 68 and disabled. When I demanded a refund, only then did an employee appear and arranged a first floor accommodation. That evening, I smelled strange cigarette smoke but couldn’t figure out why. The couple across the hallway from us, reported that employees propped the door open and were smoking outside all night. This is my last Super 8, ever!
