Situated in the thriving new community of Hobsonville/Scott Point. This listing is of a separate granny flat unit which is attach to the main house. With Limeburners Bay reserve and supermarkets within a short stroll. Conveniently easy access to State Highway 16 & 18 to the CBD. And within a very short driving distance to Costco and Westgate & NorthWest shopping centres.
The many amenities Hobsonville is becoming famous for - farmers market, parks, ferry access, and eateries which are all close by to this property. The location is strategically located which meet the needs of every guests.
During your stay:
• Self check-in and relax
• Check in time is 15:00 PM - 22: 00 PM
• Check out time is 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental)
• Please comply with all rules in messages, house manual or as posted in the property
• Please be considerate of the other residents living in the property/neighbourhood by being courteous and keeping the noise down from 10:00pm to 6:00am

• Please remove shoes before entering
• Please leave the property in the condition in which it was found upon arrival
• Please wash any used crockery/cutlery/glassware and keep the sink clean & tidy
• Please take out rubbish to your red rubbish bin and any recycle items to the yellow recycling bin(read manual for recycle guides)
• Please place the used towels in the shower box when you check out
• Sorry no pets or smokers
• No filming, parties, or events
Other things to note:
•Keys must not be collected prior to check-in time and lockbox must be left closed & locked
• Bags must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout
• Lockouts: These will incur call-out or locksmith charges.
• Please report any breakages or damage sustained during your stay as it allows me to repair/replace it in time for the next guests
• Charges apply if any linen/towels/cutlery/crockery/glassware/key/amenities is found damaged or taken
• Host will not be responsible for any belongings left/lost/stolen in the property after check-out.
However, do note that we will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

Summary: Very nice place, with everything you need. The rules were clear and appropriate. The small couch looks good but has limited function, I would suggest get rid of or replace. I didn’t really like using Vrbo, at times it seamed confusing, but the owner was prompt and clear when responding to my questions. Defiantly recommend to others
