The beach front living room has all new coastal decor and furniture for all the comforts you would expect at SeaGlass! It is stocked with luxury linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and fully stocked kitchen. You can sleep 6 guests with a king sized bed, queen bed, and brand new gel memory foam sofa bed. The spacious living room and unforgettable view from your oversized balcony has all you need to enjoy that unforgettable beach vacation.
There is a dining room table and lots of local art. It comes with 9ft. ceilings, stainess steel appliances, all smart TV's, stackable full size washer and dryer, quartz countertops, private poolside facing balcony, 2 elevators, and covered parking for one vehicle.
Outside offers a zero entry swimming pool with splash zone, hot tub, restrooms, and a nice grilling area. There is private beach access with outdoor showers.
You’ll have a great location for local favorite restaurants such as SeaNSuds, Big Beach Brewing, Docs Seafood, the world famous Hangout(only a 12 minute walk), and several grocery stores all close by(Pier 33 located directly across the street)!
