ABOUT THE HOME: Enjoy your next vacation with a playground for the kids right outside your door, in quiet, family friendly area. Relax in a brand new, meticulously maintained, and inviting vacation home in the northwest Denver suburbs of Arvada. This convenient central location is nestled between Denver, Boulder and Golden, and situated on the outside of Arvada, where there is a small view of the mountains from the side yard. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. 1/2 bath and private office on the main floor. Open living room and kitchen.
All bedrooms include a queen bed with four pillows. There are fold out memory foam floor mats available for younger children to use, with space to fold out in the primary bedroom. Beds are memory foam. Pillows are a combination of Beauty Rest, Sealy and memory foam.
There is a very small side yard that is fine for children to play in and get some fresh air but not large enough for recreation or gatherings. On the other side of the fenced yard is the community playground. This is your primary view from the windows and the sliding door in the dining/living room.
SECURITY
There are three security cameras on the perimeter of the home for safety and security. By renting the home you agree not to tamper with the cameras, the camera base system, or the internet. They are placed in the following locations:
1: above the front door facing the porch and public sidewalk
2: above the side sliding door facing the public playground
3: above the garage facing the public street
THE COMMUNITY
There is a train 200-300 yards away at the end of the community, but the home is well insulated and the sound/disruption seems to be minimal. It's also pretty cool to watch the train coming and going into the mountains and can be accessed with a very short walk to the end of the sidewalk.
There are several parks, restaurants and a salon in the neighborhood within walking distance, including one that overlooks a view of both Standley Lake and a view of the mountains.
The community is small, family-friendly and relatively new, quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood. Please be kind and respectful and know that parties, noise and unruly or disruptive behavior are grounds for immediate removal from the property.
ID REQUIRED: Host will meet you at your check in time to provide access code to the home and take copies of IDs for adults in the home. IDs for all persons 18+ are required for safety and security purposes. You will not be granted access to the home without providing ID.

Summary: It was a really nice place we really enjoyed our stay. They even had games which was great. The only thing that was a little different than any other experience was the owner took a photo of my ID which makes me a little uneasy. I would much rather not have my identification captured on photo. I am more than happy to provide information. With things how they are nowadays that made me a little uncomfortable otherwise everything else was amazing. Also the listing said there was a hottub but the owner reached out and let me know that was not accurate so I appreciated that as well.
