A beautiful BRAND NEW spacious beach-front villa in Chocolate Hole - only steps away from putting your feet in the sand. Enjoy a fantastic view of the crystal clear Caribbean water right from your window and back porch! Only 5 minutes from the bustling shopping/restaurant town of Cruz Bay.
Great amenities include beach chairs and towels, snorkel gear and noodles to enjoy in our private bay which is known to have the most sea life to enjoy on the island with sea turtles and colorful marine life! The bay is known to be calm with no strong winds.
If your party is too many for one villa, our sister property, Serenity, is right next door with three king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Are you a foodie? We have a fully appointed kitchen and an outdoor grill with 2 grocery stores within a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Don't feel like cooking? We have great restaurants right around the corner.
Want to go shopping? Mongoose Junction is close by and has great shops for local artwork, jewelry (a must buy are hook bracelets!), beach essentials, clothing, as well as restaurants. Be sure to try a Pain Killer!
Want to explore other beaches? We have so many to choose from and are a short drive from the villa!

Summary: The property itself is well appointed, nicely decorated and comfortable. Having beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear etc, was fantastic. The separate ice maker was a huge plus as well! The owners provided a great notebook of information and maps for the area too! (Very helpful!) The view of the water was really only from upstairs off the main bedroom. We couldn't really enjoy the patio due to the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes. We came prepared for island annoyances like bugs, but they were terrible. It had been raining a lot, so that could be the cause. The location is difficult to find so follow the directions not Google Maps or other navigation. A car rental is very helpful! They have one in site that is very nice. The beach was pretty wrecked by the recent hurricanes but they are working to get it back to a sandy area. We didn't utilize the beach due to the current condition. (But there are amazing beaches a short drive out). If you are looking for a quiet area to stay that is close to town (Cruz bay) this may be for you. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and super comfy! Just be sure to fully understand the beach situation to make sure it fits your needs and expectations. Very nice and responsive owner and onsite manager! FYI.. Bring your own games for downtime or rainy day indoor fun.
