The half-acre lot provides privacy and tranquility, yet offers easy access to town and Surfside Beach (10 minutes to each by bike). Many local restaurants, shops, yoga, biking and walking trails are in close proximity as is pickleball/paddle and disc golf. The home’s modern coastal decor, luxury linens/mattresses and high-end appliances and amenities create the perfect vacation getaway. A 2024 Jeep can also be made available as an option to renters who would like to explore the far reaches of the island.
First Floor
The main floor features the first of two primary suites (king bed, walk-in closet, separate WC and double sinks), an open-concept living area, well-appointed kitchen with two large marble islands, dining, walk-in pantry and a mudroom with laundry. Three sets of sliding doors open to the expansive yard with large pool, covered deck and bluestone patio.

The second floor features three guest suites - a large primary (with king bed) and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. All upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with marble countertops and walk-in showers. A second laundry and large linen closet are on this floor.
Lower Level
