Wonderfully decorated, this magnificent 3-level townhouse offers a private back patio with its own swimming pool and BBQ grill, outdoor shower, dining area, and sun loungers to relax under the sun. A sun-filled large private rooftop terrace provides more sun loungers, and a relaxing seating area.
The large living area is located on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, a 6-seat dining table, a sofa-bed, a large smart TV, a half bathroom, and access to the backyard private swimming pool. A washer and dryer are located on the first floor for your private use. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor.
