New construction in 2020, just steps from entrance to South Beach and just south of the border with Bay Head, this large and comfortable home can be your most relaxing retreat from the stresses of life. An ample parking area leads to a large rear yard, heated pool and hot tub, pool house with kitchenette, large patio with lots of seating and umbrellas for pool lounging and entertaining. The enormous porch overlooking the yard has room for dining for up to twelve plus a sitting area and faces the setting sun. Canopies can be cranked out and ceiling fans employed to keep the porch cool on warm afternoons.
Inside is an open floor plan with chef's kitchen, dining area and family room, walk in pantry, large mudroom leading to outdoor shower, office/den with full bath which can be shut off from the bustle of the family. The second floor has five bedrooms, four of which are ensuite, with one sharing a bath with an adjacent bedroom. The third floor has the sixth bedroom, a full bath and a large family room with three additional built in single beds for kids or overflow. Internet was "supercharged" by a professional installer. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking and baking equipment. Induction cooktop.
