Completed May 2023! This brand new home was designed with travelers and families in mind; the premier host has taken care of everything!
This fantastic house is stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, toys, games, and books! Kids plates, cups, and utensils, as well as 2 Pack-and-plays are also included! For your pets, we have a fenced front yard play area as well as the fenced pool area, and we include feeding bowls!
Cooking time is a breeze with deluxe cookware, blender, Keurig duo, and upgraded appliances. Feel like dining out? Just moments away from some great restaurants and local eateries!
When you are ready for the beach, pack up the wagon and in seconds your toes are in the sand! Don't forget the provided beach shade, chairs and toys for an unforgettable beach day!
Time to relax! Our home is an open floor plan on the main level with dining table for eight, island with four stools, spacious Living Room, and a deluxe Master Suite. There is a new stacked washer and dryer and half-bath as well.
On the top floor, another spacious Master Bedroom suite awaits, with a covered porch for your morning coffee and evening drinks. You will also find two more bedrooms, each with twin-over-full bunks, and another full bath!
Relaxation time! You'll find a heated saltwater pool, gas grill on the covered porch, and a Rec Room off the pool area with trundle day bed (2 twin beds), wall mounted television, and a half bath. Late nights are great on the rooftop-level deck, where you can gaze at the stars and the ocean! It's great for the first cup of coffee of the day too!

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay at this brand new house on Oak Island. Jess, the property manager, was very responsive to all of our questions. They were very considerate to accept our dogs (we had 3) after asking if they would permit us to have 1 more than the max stated. Previous tenant broke the blender, so Jess provided option of shipping a new one out or us buying one and getting reimbursed. Also, on a late Sunday afternoon I contacted her about an AC issue. She replied immediately and had the AC tech out that very same night to fix the issue. House itself was great. We loved the fenced yard (front and back) as it was very good for our dogs. Pool was great and loved that it was salt water vs. chlorine. Main living area was awesome including the kitchen and really nice electric motor reclining sofas. If I had to complain about anything it would be that crossing the road to get to the beach was a bit nerve racking. There are no cross walks and cars tend to drive a bit fast. We got used to it. The neighborhood on the house side was very nice for walking the dogs. We would stay here again.
