A 5 minute drive to Richmond Center and a 8 minute drive to Vancouver international Airport. Also within walking distances to trails, parks, and community center.

The Space:
You can enjoy the space of this newly renovated guest suite solely for your stay. You are not going to share it with any other guest and you will have your own private entrance.
The kitchen comes with stylish kitchen appliances : Induction stove top with oven. If you are into baking, feel free to use the oven during your stay. It has built in dishwasher and microwave. Addition to this is the espresso coffee machine with aeroccino for you to enjoy your coffee break. Smart tv with installed Netflix while relaxing in the cozy living space. At night the sofa is self set up that can transform into bed making the space suitable for 4 people. Bedroom has 1 queen size bed and only 1 Air conditioning unit located inside the bedroom . The remote control for the AC is placed at the right side part of the bedroom closet.
Full toilet & bathroom comes with a bath tub. Separate washer and dryer to wash up your used clothes during your stay. It has a private cozy yard with set up table if you want to breathe in fresh air or just enjoy the view.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property all by yourself. You are not going to share this with other guests.
The Neighborhood:
The area is central to Richmond Centre, Minoru Park, 10 minutes from Stevenston and 5 minutes from Richmond Dykes, Trails and the Quilchena Golf and Country Club.
Enjoy the quiet residential neighbourhood. Parks and schools are close by for a brisk walk
Getting Around:
Guests will have access to Uber, Lyft and Ricmond taxi.
