Summary: Arrived at the property and it was clean and as discussed with property management. They mentioned the heater was not connected for the pool and jacuzzi and even offered to give us another property if we wanted a hot tub - but it was mid summer and hot and humid so no need for a hot tub. We didn’t use the pool at all, with beach close there was no need and previous people left sand in it anyway that should have probably been cleaned before we got there. It’s as described in the property, we weren’t aware this was a duplex though but no issues with the group staying on the “B” side. Close enough to walk to the beach and some of the stores on Main Street. At the end of the day we were a group ranging from 3 to 75 years old and it worked out well for us.
