Eagle Rock is a barn style cabin with lots of windows to bring in the sunshine located about 1500ft off the road down the main driveway. She sits on top of a 30 to 60-foot-tall rock wall and overlooks a valley. (THERE ARE NO FENCES ALONG THIS DROP OFF AND ALL GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY) There are front, side and rear decks along with a patio outside the finished walk out basement. Explore the 25 acres that include the large rock wall along the middle of the property, treed hills and two creeks that come together in the middle of the property. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or sitting around the custom fire pit for s'mores and chatting about the day.
This property is only a short drive to all the popular sites of Hocking Hills. Old Man's Cave/ Ash Cave/ Cedar Falls is about 13 miles away, Cantwell Cliffs Park is only a 3 minute drive away and Clear Creak Park (great hiking) is an 8 minute drive away.
This cabin can sleep 9. The Loft has room for 5 including a Twin XL Bed and two Full Beds. The main floor sleeps 2 in the King Bedroom and the walk out finished basement sleeps 2 in the Queen Bedroom. All three levels have a full bathroom with showers.
The main floor has a two-story great room with comfy Italian Leather seating and a TV for those who want it. Adjacent to the great room is the kitchen and eating area. The large kitchen table seats 7 and there are 4 bar chairs at the peninsula in the very well stocked kitchen. The chef of the family will love the 4 X 3 window above the sink to look out at the beautiful woods or see what the kids are doing on the deck.
The walk out basement has a pool table for bringing everyone together and another lounging area with a smartTV so you can access your Netflix etc. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside of the walkout basement is a patio with a hot tub that overlooks the wooded hills. Keep your eyes open for deer!
This is a Pet Free and Smoke Free Cabin. We have cameras facing the driveways for security purposes.
