Pinkie Flamingo turned right into The Big Chill off Coastal Highway 30A. She had been “makin' her way along 30A” when she got the call that this 2022 newly built house was finally ready for a visit. New owners had been working diligently to outfit their new beach house with everything they could think of the insure a wonderful guest experience. Pinkie cruised past one of two community pools and marveled at how convenient it would be for guests.
Classic coastal appointments like solid surface flooring, smart & stylish furniture,
shiplap walls and plenty of natural light all co-mingled with modern elements and finishes to create a pleasant, relaxing vibe that made Pinkie just feel happy. It was all so fresh and so new. “There's nothing wrong with being among the first to break in a new beach house,” thought Pinkie as she made her way into the 3-story property.
