Governor Cottages are 3 brand new 2 bedroom cottages in the heart of downtown Geneva on the Lake, Ohio. Finished in 2019, these cottages have 2 private bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a large living room area with a pull out queen couch. Governor Cottages can sleep 6 comfortably with separate entrances for each bedroom. Governor Cottages has a beautiful natural gas fire-pit with no need to purchase propane, Each Cabin has a beautiful pouch with a swinging bench, picnic table and a large natural gas grill, again no need to purchase propane. Governor Cottages has air-conditioning, as well as heat for the late summer nights. The living room area has a large smart TV utilizing Direct TV and Roku programming access. This includes high speed internet access for all cottages. Governor Cottages is only a stone’s throw from the main thoroughfare of "The Strip" directly across from the police station. Governor Cottages is very close to all the popular vendors such as Eddies Grill, Sportsters, Firehouse Winery, Adventure Zone and access to many other popular storefronts. Governor Cottages is next to Lake Erie which is infamous for its abundant Large Walleye, Jumbo Perch, Small-mouth Bass and Steel head. Lake Erie is also known as the Walleye Capital of the World fishing is just a short ride off Ashtabula Harbor or Geneva State Park Marina to catch up some good eating groceries. Both safe harbors have launch ramps and docks just minutes away from our front door. Fishing Charters and Guides are available through Governor Cottages with adequate notice. Contact our property manager for more details. Governor Cottages is located between Cleveland Ohio and Erie Pennsylvania on the south shore of Lake Erie. If you are not familiar with the area, the easiest way get to Governor Cottages from the east is to navigate your way to Interstate 90 in Northeast Ohio. Follow Interstate 90 to Ashtabula, Ohio, exiting on OH-45 EXIT 223. Follow OH-45 North to Lake Rd or until OH-45 ends. Turn Left “West” and follow Lake Rd (531) approximately 4 miles and you will end up on the east end of “The Strip”. Governor Cottages is directly across from the Police Station 4929 S. Warner Drive, Geneva on the Lake Ohio 44041– From the West east is to navigate your way to Interstate 90 in Northeast Ohio. Follow Interstate 90 east to Geneva Exit 218 -OH 534 and turn Right and follow till it turns into 531 at the west end of “The Strip” Follow to S. Warner Dr, turn Right and Look for the Green or Peach colored cottages on the left. Please use this address for your GPS Navigation 4929 S.
