Basement is very bright, spacious, airy, and beautifully decorated for Airbnb stay. We have 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed so we could accommodate 4 people in total. You have a private entrance to the basement. There is a self-check in so you have a complete privacy.
Our basement is quite spacious and provides great space for cooking, lounging and sleeping. Very comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom.
A separate entrance behind the house. There is a smart lock. You will get the entry code before the check-in.

We live in a very friendly neighbourhood. You will experience a quirt and safe place to live. Near to the popular Trinity Plaza shopping complex, movie theatre and restaurants. If you want to entertain, you can go for movie or if you want to go for shopping, in the plaza there are many big brands to fulfill your needs.
Also if you like to have some delicious food, this property is surrounding with good restaurants. If you want to meet someone then there is also a cafe for that. Grocery and pharmacy stores are around the corner only. Walking distance to Tim Horton's.
Our place is located at the centre location of Brampton city. It's just a walking distance to Trinity Plaza, Theaters, Grocery Stores, School, and Parks. You are just 2 minutes from Highway 410. Public transportation score is 95%, means you can go around the city pretty quickly via bus.
You get one free parking space at our house. The right side of the driveway is for the guest.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
This property is very private place to live in. We are providing you a separate parking for one car. You have a separate path for your entrance.
There are two large size bedrooms, enough for 4-6 people. We also provide a sofa bed right front of the TV.
In our kitchen we are providing all essentials that you can cook anything you want and feels like your own home.
We have an in suite laundry that you can use anytime. We have a dining table for your lunch and dinner.
We aim to make your stay happier and memorable.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
Our aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I would really appreciate it if you could follow the below house rules.
- No smoking. No pets, please.
- Kitchen utensils and basic spices are available but please wash all dishes prior to leaving.
- Kindly throw your garbage.
- Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m.
- Please get prior permission before hosting a party. You can always have a small gathering as long as you can keep the place clean and tidy.
Guests should take care of their belongings and safety. The host shall have no responsibility in case of losses, injuries, or accidents.
