Positive: Large house with plenty of storage space and worktop in the kitchen. Good quality white goods including 2 fridges, a large freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Large oven/range cooker. The grounds are extensive and were ideal for our border collie to run around. Our great-niece loved the trampoline, table tennis and darts. The lounge has amazing views with great bird activity and some deer, rabbits and hares. Plenty books to read, games to play and the TV was great quality. Great location with easy access to the glens, Kirriemuir, Forfar, etc. Nice walking at Kinnordy Loch, Backwater reservoir, Caddam Woods, Kirriemuir Den and Airlie Monument in Glen Prosen. Caretaker is very close in case of any problems. Access by key box.
Negative: Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly adequate though would benefit from some TLC.
Summary: Peaceful family house in a great location.
