Summary: We took a small group of 12-13 year old boys for a weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday. This house is amazing! The garage has been converted into a game room with its own little air conditioning unit that keeps it cold! There is a convertible ping pong/air hockey/foos ball table, karaoke machine, arcade machine, big tv, & plenty of seating out there. (If you close the door leading to the garage, you can’t hear all the game room noise & can enjoy a movie in the living room with no problems!) This house is just a few blocks from Robin Hood park where there is a boat launch & plenty of parking for cars/trucks/trailers. It is not crowded at all & is a very safe area - we saw police checking in on the park & neighborhood both days. The house has a long gravel driveway next to the normal driveway where you can easily park a truck/boat/trailer. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, beds were soft with plenty of pillows/blankets, and there were plenty of ‘extras’ throughout the house like body wash/shampoo, laundry detergent, and soap for the dishwasher. I would rate this house 6 stars if possible based on location, features, & price point. The property managers were also very communicative & answered all questions promptly. We will definitely be back!
