This is a modern apartment set in a lovely block which was developed in 2020. The apartment reflects modern living and is just a short walk away from Bournemouth's thriving Town Centre. An added benefit to this apartment is that, whilst being in the heart of Bournemouth, it is situated in a quieter residential area.
THE APARTMENT:
BEDROOMS - Double Bedroom.
There is a lounge/diner with patio doors leading to the modern decked balcony which has a table and chairs. The lounge has a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider - there is full fibre optic into the building and the provider has quoted download speed 36MB/second and upload speed of 10MB/second).
Leading from the lounge is the kitchen area with a modern stylish kitchen which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - COUNTERTOP FREEZER - MICROWAVE.
There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. You will also find a WASHER/DRYER in the bathroom.
There is off road parking available but on a first come first served basis (please note the permit must be displayed at all times). There is also a communal bike store (max 2 bikes).
The block has a lift available to all floors.

Summary: The owner was very obliging. There was black mould under the bath board and a lot of surfaces throughout the flat hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The fridge and freezer had to be wiped out and there were sweet wrappers on the floor. Three of the bedroom light bulbs were burnt out as was the side table lamp in the sitting room. Otherwise a lovely flat!!
