WE HAVE A LAST MINUTE OPENING FOR MEA WEEKEND! someone be cancelled at the last minute and now one of the prime weekend is available! Book now! Note: the pontoon will not be available after October 11th. NOTE: if you are booking for dates between June 5 through August 28, 2021. Only Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) are been taken at this time. This log home lies on the North Shore of McFarland Lake. The Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness lies right off your dock. Take a canoe out for a paddle into the wilderness, or cruise McFarland on the pontoon. The pontoon is automatically included for an additional fee of $499+ tax for the entire length of your stay. If you don't want to rent the pontoon, let us know and we'll remove it from your quote. NOTE: Pontoon will not be available after October 15th, 2020. If you need to decompress and get back to nature- this is it! In the evening, sit on the dock and listen to the loons. Be transported to another time. Other available activities include: hiking on The Border Route Trail, kayaking, canoeing, ATVing, and getting lost in yourself. The canoe and kayak are included for free with your stay. There is also an authentic Finnish Sauna building- a great way to relax after a day of exploring! At night you can sit around the fire pit and let the stars be your evening entertainment.
