Bedroom Layout: King Room #1 on Main Floor with en suite bathroom, with access to hall Queen Room #2 on Main Floor with private bathroom Queen Loft #3 cedar staircase to loft Bathrooms: All on Main Level (3 steps) Bathroom #1 Walk in shower with double shower heads Bathroom #2 Walk in shower with double rain shower This log home features a stone fireplace in the living room (with electric insert) and a large flat screen TV. Plenty of seating for group enjoyment. There is a pass through breakfast bar to the gourmet kitchen. The natural oak cabinets are highlighted by upscale stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and double oven with a convection oven. The floors in the home are a mix of beautiful terra cotta tile and wood. Also in this amazing home is a large dining room with a real lodge feel with seating for your entire group. The three bedrooms and all bathrooms are on the main level of this home. There is a log railing stairway to the loft which adds to the great lodge feel. The loft room is large and open to the living area below and has a queen size bed and a nice sitting area. Outdoors is there is a large stone patio with a gas grill and a stone pizza oven. Wifi and Cable TV is not provided. We intend for you to relax with each other while at the Lodge… then get out and enjoy Eureka Springs, Beaver Lake and Table Rock Lake, and all the attractions and entertainment available. NOTE - The rate is based on an occupancy of 4 guests. Additional guests are $20 per person/night. (Enter the total number of guests and your quote will reflect correct total price). Maximum of 6 guests. 25% deposit due at time of booking, and the balance due will be processed automatically 30 days prior to arrival. (100% may be due at time of booking when using 3rd party booking agents and not directly through our website). Note: This property is located down a significant gravel road that is not suitable for cruiser-style motorcycles or sports cars with little ground clearance. A normal passenger car can easily make the drive. No Pets Accepted. Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying OMVR will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property. If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, OMVR will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night. Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.
