Built in 2013 this custom residence is nestled on the tip of Peninsula Point with lakefront and mountain views from every room. With over 300' of lakefront, its own private cove and dock this home is unparalleled in every way. The Recreation Room also has a double sofa bed and a full bathroom so it can be used as a 5th bedroom. Boulder Cove has sleeping accommodations for 12 and all bedrooms have HD flat screen TV's.
