Positive: Location was decent. Good location from train station and enough to do around the area within walking distance or short transportation.
Negative: Thermostat was locked and it was way too hot in the place. People upstairs were quite loud, not sure if it was host family or not, but could hear everything and they were up late stomping around. Carpet was old and stained.
Summary: Decent place at a good location outside of the city.
