Bookend Cottage is a charming, traditional, Grade II listed two bedroom cottage sleeping four and situated seconds from the Harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants of St Ives. It is an ideal place for exploring the area and a perfect base to return to after a day on the beach. The comfortable lounge has seating for four with the added benefit of a window seat to watch the world go by. There is a TV with DVD player and a gas fire for those chilly evenings. A fold down table and four chairs can also be found in this room, perfect to enjoy a hearty breakfast before setting off on the day’s adventures. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is a washing machine, gas hob and electric combination microwave oven, a free standing fridge freezer and a pull out iron. On the first floor, the tastefully decorated king size master bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table for storage. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a built in wardrobe, there is also a stairgate available if required. Both bedrooms are lit by large lamps giving a cosy feel to the cottage. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. On the second floor is a snug with a sofa and TV which is a lovely space to relax.
