Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Loved the decoration, and how the apartment offered everything you needed! It had a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sleeping couch that my kids didn’t complain about, so it must have been comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with very new pans and pots, beautiful kitchenware and even very elegant wine & water glasses. Just not enough regular spoons and small spoons, but great cutting knives!! The view was perfect, you could see the mountains and the indoor house pool. It’s right off the Laaxersee which was the perfect location for just walking within 3 minutes to the lake or even catching the local bus.
Negative: Only a few things we don’t like much: to start with the lockbox for the key wasn’t in the mailbox entry hall. It was located on the outside wall of the building facing the sidewalk and there were 3 different lockboxes. It would help to explain from the beginning which lockbox were supposed to use. Maybe mark it with a tape that either shows the apartment number or some sort of reference number. But this was solved within 30 minutes and the apartment manager got back to me apologizing for this incident. The other thing I disliked was that this was the first apartment in a very long time that wasn’t equipped with salt and pepper or some cooking oil. Luckily I had brought a tiny bit of olive oil with me and the pepper, but we got the needed salt from neighbors since we only had to use about 3 tablespoons. Just small details that didn’t impact our stay much!
