Kamaole Sands 2-206 is set back from the road, making it quiet and private with a spacious open feel. It comfortably sleeps up to four guests. This spacious condo is 818 square feet, with beautiful tile plank flooring throughout.
Unlike most owners at the Kamaole Sands, we live in Kihei and we carefully inspect the condo for cleaning and tackle any maintenance needs between each booking. You may contact us directly instead of dealing with a busy rental agency!
Maui County is currently considering phasing out about half of its legal short-term rentals. If passed, the proposed phase-out would take effect Jan 1, 2031.

Kamaole Sands is located in sunny South Kihei, across the street from Kamaole 3 Beach Park. This is a 15-acre property with water fountains, a common pool/hot tubs, gym, 3 pickleball and 2 tennis courts and Hawaii’s largest living orchid wall. It comes complete with a 24-hour desk, on-site concierge, and Wednesday hula performance.
Kamaole Sands is currently undergoing a re-roofing project. Our building (the #2 building) was completed in July 2024.
