This beautiful lake property is now open to share with others that want a vacation away, directly on Lake Hiwassee. On over an acre of land with the house positioned down closer to the water to enjoy those water front lake activities. This vacation lake house features a gourmet size kitchen with huge walk-in pantry, open great room with soaring ceiling, fireplace, hardwood floors. Bedroom one on the main floor has 4 twin size beds two which are trundle beds and a full attached bath. On this level you will also find the main living room, large great kitchen with dinning room and a half bath and laundry room. The terrace level that features two bedrooms both with queen beds and one bath. The terrace level also has a game room with a pool table and Bar! Master suite is located upstairs a has fireplace and spacious sitting room that overlooks the lake. There is even a great desk area for writing ,reading or even a little working if needed. Lots of decking to entertain and enjoy the views. Dock has 2 boat slips, gazebo and fire-pit along the lake shoreline. Home sits on the beginning of a cove and has water year round. Please note: It is recommended to have a all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle. However there is a parking area at the top of the driveway that can fit up to 3 cars, you are welcome to park there and walk down to the house.
