2 Bedroom Condo in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island
Hilton Head Resort Villa 4427 is on the 4th (top) floor of Building 4 and sleeps 6-7 comfortably. This villa has recently been updated with new vinyl plank flooring, new lighting, new appliances and new furniture. All the beach necessities are provided, including a beach buggy and beach chairs. Just bring your beach towels! Top floor living in Building 4 is private and quiet. This villa has a comfortable, relaxing feel to it.
This 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is located in Hilton Head Resort which is located mid-island. Take advantage of the off season and enjoy the uncrowded beaches, restaurants, shopping areas, and low rates. We welcome snowbirds October through February!
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own private bath. The second bedroom has room for three children or adults with 3 twin beds. There is also a brand new queen size fold-out bed in the living room. We furnish a beach cart, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience. The condo has a flat screen "Smart" TV in family room and also TV's in each bedroom. The TV in the second bedroom has a DVD player. Free broadband internet and cable tv is also included at no extra charge. The kitchen is fully furnished with all new appliances and most everything a family could need to fix meals in the condo, or we encourage you to visit any of the 250 restaurants on the island.
The beach is accessed by the resort's private boardwalk over the saltwater marsh. Enjoy the beautiful birds and wildlife on your walk to the beach.
Tennis, Golf, Beach, and Swimming available year round on island. Building 3 includes a heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, fitness room and running and walking track. Great for rainy days!
In addition to the facilities mentioned in building three Hilton Head Resort offers two outdoor pools, a deli/grill/convenience store and souvenir shop poolside at building one, a pristine beach, a local color beach bar right at the end of our boardwalk (Coco's Cabana), six free lighted tennis courts, and a pickle ball court. The resort offers amazing amenities at great value.
The Robert Trent Jones Palmetto Dunes Ocean course borders the property and is a short drive away.
Enjoy a safe and secure environment with a security gate staffed 24 hours a day.
Bike rental companies will deliver and pick up bikes at the resort. Just reserve your bikes in advance. You will appreciate long rides cruising on the flat beaches. Alternatively, you can explore the island using the extensive Hilton Head bike lanes (over 100 miles).
