Professionally designed and appointed the Farmhouse was fully renovated to include air conditioning, radiant heat floor, ERV for fresh air, internet, wi-fi and in-wall sound system, gourmet kitchen and antique pumpkin pine floors that all make for a wonderful, cozy home.
Located ten minutes from downtown Wolfeboro, "The Oldest Summer Resort in America," the Farmhouse is 1 minute from the public beach. Situated on a beautiful five acre property that includes large pine trees, historic lilac bushes and a formal raised bed herb garden. Sit and relax on the gravel patio that includes a Green Egg Grill and fire pit.
The spacious home has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A six burner gas stove, armoire style refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and commercial coffee maker make for an inviting place to host dinners for the crowd.
This three bedroom home can comfortably sleep six plus a sleeping loft with four twin beds. Two large gathering rooms are appointed for relaxation, watching tv or reading your favorite book.
The area is a favorite destination that is wonderful year round. Summers are inviting and fun, Fall is spectacular with foliage and day trips to the White Mountains, Winter is known for its snowmobile trails and ice fishing and Spring for its lovely scenery and fresh air!
