Welcome to Bonzer Beach House #101. This newly constructed vacation retreat sits directly across the street from beach access and goes above and beyond your wildest expectations. Located in a premier oceanside neighborhood in Hatteras Village, this dreamy escape offers six master bedrooms, seven and a half baths, state-of-the-art amenities, and one of the highest views of the ocean on Hatteras Island. The paved driveway provides a wealth of parking space, and abundant conveniences will make your stay easy and breezy, including dual sets of washers and dryers, a gourmet kitchen, hot tub, game room, and elevator(1st floor). With multiple levels of sun decks wrapping around three sides of the house, you'll find amazing views of not only the ocean, but the sound and Hatteras Village as well. As you enter the home on the first level, you'll find yourself in the game room and bar area. Perfect for entertaining, this area comes equipped with a full kitchen including a fridge, ice maker, four-person bar, pool table, seating area, TV and Blu-ray player, and indoor and outdoor surround sound speakers in the walls. On the back deck of this area sits a huge 7-person hot tub and the whole backyard that's quiet and secluded thanks to the natural landscape surrounding the home. Bonzer Beach House offers six master bedrooms, all with their own style and flare. There is one on the first level, four on the second level, and one more on the third level. Five of the six offer king beds, and there are two sets of bunk beds in the kids' room. Every room has a full bathroom, deck access, and a Roku Smart TV. The final master on the third level has an expansive bathroom with heated floors and a private balcony. The great room and kitchen area is immaculate. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with two dishwashers, two sinks, an ice maker, a wine refrigerator, and a steamer built into the island bar!
