The expansive rear deck will instantly impress, perfect for entertaining with friends and family. The deck includes a BBQ, access to the bar fridge, outdoor dining for 8 plus an inviting outdoor lounge setting that creates an ambience perfect for whiling away the hours.
Ideal for those with children, there's also a cubby in the fully fenced neatly landscaped yard, great for keeping the kids amused while you sit back and relax.
A home that's perfect for all seasons, there's also plenty of entertainment options indoors. The lounge area includes a TV with Optus Fetch, DVD player and iPod docking station. There's also board games, DVDs and CDs available for guest use.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, semi-commercial oven, microwave, Aldi coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster. The open plan kitchen/dining area includes dining table for 8.

Summary: We brought two dogs down for a short break. Important to know that the front yard and rear yard are connected and the rear fence is low, so it may not contain dogs that jump. You are also asked to keep dogs off the carpet but access to the rear yard is over carpet, we put down plenty of mats. The property is in a quiet street with easy access to the beach and Blairgowrie.
