Our 3 br/2 ba plus sleeping/office loft home in Bollinger Creek Cove at the 44mm has BIG lake views of the cove and main channel from every room! You'll have 200ft of lakefront and an acre and a half to yourselves along with a cozy home with updated furnishings, games and movies to entertain kids of all ages, and plenty of sleeping space for 2 families. No pets or smoking are allowed. Come relax and unwind at your lake home away from home! Main level: The large kitchen has a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you need to dish up a meal after a long day on the lake. There is also a crock pot, toaster, full size blender and smoothie blender. Guests follow a "use some, leave some" model for things like oils, spices, condiments and other non-perishables to help each other out. The home will be stocked with an initial small supply of dish soap, dishwasher detergent and trash bags for your convenience. The dining area seats 6-8 at the table with bench and another 2 at the counter height bar. On the massive deck which spans the back of the home, there are 2 bistro tables, each with 2 chairs, for outdoor dining or relaxing with a cold beverage. The living area has room to spread out and stream your favorite shows via the SmartTV (with Netflix, Prime, HBO and other apps) and a BluRay player for your entertainment. High speed WiFi Internet is available throughout the home. The master bedroom has a king bed and an amazing view of the sunrise over Lake of the Ozarks! A large master bath includes double sinks, shower and tub and soft towels. A powder bath is also on the main level and accessible to the loft sleeping/office area via a set of stairs. The loft area has a queen sofa pull-out with memory foam mattress, a desk and chair. Lower level: The lower family room includes 2 large leather couches to stretch out and relax while watching one of over 80 DVD movies provided or playing on the Xbox 360. Streaming is available via the Xbox 360. There are also puzzles, board games and a few art supplies to keep the kids busy when they aren't jumping in the lake. A fireplace on this lower level is available for guest use in the colder months. The queen bedroom sleeps 2 and includes a SmartTv, BluRay player and an original Xbox. The massive bunk room sleeps 6 with a queen-over-queen and twin-over-twin bunks! A lower level full bathroom includes tub/shower combo and plenty of towels for your crew. There is also a lower level laundry room with washer/dryer where you will find some lake toys/inflatables, camp chairs and hooks to hang wet lifejackets and towels after your day on the lake. Guests also follow a "use some, leave some" policy with the lake toys and laundry supplies to help each other out. Lake and Dock: A paver path takes you down to the dock with dual swim platforms on Bollinger Creek Cove. The cove is large enough for tubing, skiing, jetskiing or wakeboarding right outside your back door. Please note that while this home is not on the main channel, summer weekends at the lake are VERY busy and waves in the cove can be larger on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If you choose to bring or rent a watercraft, the dock well open for your use is 9 1/2 ft wide and 24 ft in length, allowing for a maximum boat size of 8 1/2 ft wide by 24 ft-ish in length. Please note a boat lift is NOT available for guest use due to the need to customize it to a watercraft. Guests are responsible for bringing additional ropes and buoys to protect your boat or other watercraft and the dock. Local Area: Bollinger Creek cove and the 44mm are on the West, quieter side of the lake but convenient to many of the Lake's favorite bars/restaurants, marinas and attractions... Boondockz is around the point of the cove at the 45 mm, Big Dick's is across the lake and just up at the 46 mm, and Red Fox is at the 50 mm. Down the lake it's a short boat ride to the Hurricane Deck area, Captain Ron's at the 34.5 mm, and many other fun bars and restaurants! Mimosa Beach marina is in Bollinger Creek cove and has a small store for last-minute needs like milk, eggs, toiletries or paper goods, plus gas for your watercraft. For boat rentals, Pirate's Point at the Hurricane Deck bridge will likely be most convenient.
