Our accommodaton is located in the quiet and charming seaside village of Sisi, a lovely spot that offers a real taste of traditional Crete. The village has a small harbor with fishing boats and a handful of cozy tavernas where you can enjoy fresh seafood and local dishes. It’s a peaceful place to unwind and feel the laid-back island vibe. The nearby Sisi pebble beach is just a short walk away, while sandy beaches like Bali (8 km), Koumos (10 km), Voulisma (18 km), and Almyros (20 km) are all within easy reach.
Cultural attractions nearby include the Malia Minoan Palace (20 km), the Venetian fortress and old town of Rethymno (60 km), and the historic town of Agios Nikolaos (25 km) with its beautiful lake and lively atmosphere. For a memorable day trip, don’t miss a boat trip to Spinalonga Island from Elounda (30 km) — it’s a fascinating place with a rich past.
