This cozy, safe 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in the perfect location- just a short walk from the iconic Rountree shops, coffee bars, breweries, and restaurants. You can also take a short walk or bike ride to Missouri State University. It features a covered patio and a large fenced in backyard with seating, string lights and a fire pit for you and your loved ones to enjoy. It even has a one-of-a-kind, handpainted mural out back for you to take photos with!
This space has been updated with modern amenities including a smart front door lock and security camera (for your safety), a Nest Thermostat, smart TV’s in every room, and Wi-Fi. You will be right at home with our comfortable living room seating and our beautifully equipped kitchen. We even have a coffee/tea station with a Keurig for your enjoyment.
The covered front patio features an electric grill and seating which makes it perfect for enjoying the outdoors in all kinds of weather. We also have a large fenced in yard with seating and a fire pit. It is lit by beautiful string lights. There is even a hand painted mural on the brick wall out back.
