Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The house is located a short walk from a beach. The administrator, Spiros, was very helpful and waited for us upon arrival with all necessary instructions. He was available quickly via whatsapp for any further needs. The house is pretty comfortable inside as well as outside, with most of what you would need for a two week stay at the seaside. The sheets and clean replacements are provided in the closets. Spiros also gave us recommendations for eating close by and for visiting in the area. The surroundings are quiet and, while far away from main shops (you need a car to drive there) you can buy some fruits and vegetables from a nearby stall.
Negative: We were unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the refrigerator did not cool much and made a lot of ice during all of our stay. We had to scrape off the ice once every two days in order for it to keep a decent, but not cold, temperature inside. The fan in the second bedroom is practically useless for providing relief from heat, but the AC in the main bedroom and living room do help to some extent diminish the heat in that second bedroom as well. While the inside and terrace of the house are nicely furnished, the surroundings of the house are unfinished and give a feel of living in an area under construction.
Summary: Pleasant house close to the beach, could use some improvements to make it great.
