The Space:
The flat is located on the top floors, so be aware that there are lots of steps (3 full flights) before you reach the wonderful space. The apartment is divided onto an open plan living room with kitchen at one end. There is plenty of floor pace and enough seating for 4 guests.
The bedroom features a king bed, with an en-suite bathroom attached. Just outside the bedroom is a separate loft space which has been converted into a small walk-in wardrobe/dressing space - providing plenty of storage for longer stays.
Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire space.
The Neighborhood:
The flat is located very close to the famous Notting Hill area and the best antique market in the world (in my opinion), Portobello Road Market.
What can I say about Notting Hill that one doesn't already know. Handsome townhouses, smart restaurants, boutique shops - its all there to make a perfect holiday for you.
One of the best pizza spots in London is very close to the flat - try out Pizza East! Their ice creams are to die for. On the same street as Pizza East, you will find some other excellent cafes. I love Snap + Rye for its Danish pastries, smorgasbord and coffee. Kipfferl is known for its Viennese delicacies such as sacher torte! Further down the road is Flat Iron where you can find the best steaks in London!
And if you are after fish and chips, then look no further than George's on Portobello Road.
There are loads of lovely eateries in Notting Hill. Try out my favourites - Ottolenghi for some excellent brunch and Beach Blanket Babylon for some glamour cocktails!
Watch a movie at the uber cool Electric cinema with its red loungers, there is so much to do in this area that you won't want to go anywhere else.
Getting Around:
Ladbroke Grove station is the closest tube station and is only 5 minutes walk away from the flat. The station is on the Hammersmith and City and Circle lines. You can get to Baker Street in 10 minutes from this station and in another 10 minutes you will reach Kings Cross St. Pancras.

Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.

We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.
The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds.
This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean.
This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.

A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.} This property is strictly non smoking and if evidence of smoking is found in the premise, a penalty of £500.00 will be charged.
