THE SPACE
Stay in this family-friendly 3-bedroom home; with character and charm, it's perfect for a getaway with the kids or a few couples enjoying the coast.
A 1950’s, beach villa with ocean views, rooftop deck, fire pit, Coonara fireplace, terrace and entertainers bbq. With multiple areas to chill and situated high on the hill, this substantial property is only 6 mins drive to the Peninsular Hot Springs and is surrounded by many of the Peninsula's famous wineries. Styled by Bohemia Hoto create a luxe contemporary Bohemian space for your getaway.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
Don’t forget to take a walk along one of the many tracks of the wild back beach coastline. ly is breathtaking.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery / set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last minute requests may not be possible.
The home has a beautiful wood fireplace in the open-plan living area. Please BYO firewood and kindling to enjoy this feature and keep cozy.
