Summary: Walk-in beach was perfect for us, especially for my three grandkids (who are under the age of 6). Sharon was great, we asked for a high chair and she brought it over within minutes. VRBO listing did not say this cottage was situated in a group of rentals, I thought it was a personal cottage. Had to share beach, beach chairs, water toys (paddle boards, paddle boat), and also the bonfire pit, which I found a little awkward (bringing s’mores for my family, with the other kids telling their parents they wanted some). We lucked out and had great people staying in the other eight cottages beside and across from us. Overall had a good time, but I would update the ad to inform people this is not private.
