Up to 2 extra guests @ $10 per night per guest. Pets are welcomed @ $8 per night per pet. No additional fees i.e. taxes, or cleaning only VRBO service fee. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and trailers. This charming 1200+ square foot home comes with a large deck that has close to 180 degrees of stunning lake views. Hiking and mountain bike trails begin in the backyard and wind their way to Dyer Mountain and beyond. The separate master bedroom and bath come with a walk in closet and double sinks. The additional bedrooms come with a queen bed, large closet, good view, and shared bath. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living area includes AIR CONDITIONING, DIRECTV with HBO, SHOWTIME etc, DVD/VHS player, reclining chair, all appliances including washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. The property manager will meet you at check in with keys, local info, and directions to all the exciting places in the area.
