Boatman's Cottage is a charming fisherman's holiday cottage, perfectly located next to the stunning Salcombe Estuary. 50 metres from the waters edge and a 5 min level walk to the centre of town. This lovely cottage is a great base for family holidays or grown-up escapes all year around. With the nearby pristine beaches, the estuary makes it a great base for sailing, enjoying coastal walks around the spectacular coastline or simply relaxing at this quite timeless beautiful seaside town.
The cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. the kitchen is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and the bathroom has walk in shower and underfloor heating (recently renovated) . A great location, close to the pubs and restaurants and local Salcombe beaches. A free parking permit is available for your stay for the nearby carpark. We have two properies opposite so great for extended families and friends too!
