Welcome to Peaceful Spin, a stunning Orange Beach vacation home located in The Osprey, a brand-new Orange Beach community. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Peaceful Spin greets you with professionally designed custom interiors and access to one of the largest boat slips in the area.
Offering 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Peaceful Spin’s features include a fully stocked kitchen and modern dining room seating, making the perfect space for the whole family to eat a hot meal together. What’s more, The Osprey offers luxurious family-friendly amenities, including a large zero-entry pool with tanning ledges, a covered boat slip on Cotton Bayou, and a rooftop sun deck above the marina.
Upon entry to the main floor of Peaceful Spin, guests are greeted by an open-concept dining room, kitchen, and living room overlooking a large deck, plus a bunk room and powder room. Upstairs, you will find the main king bedroom, as well as 2 queen bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Downstairs, guests will find an EV charger available for an additional nightly fee. The Osprey vacation home has access to boat slip #13, which is a 50-foot covered slip without a boat lift. The boat slip may be reserved in advance when you book your reservation. The nearest beach access can be found at Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access located at 25900 Perdido Beach Blvd, approximately .4 miles away.
Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Winter monthly guests are welcome during October 01 - March 01. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. This home has 5 total parking spaces, 2 parking spaces are to the left of the home and 3 are under the carport. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Peaceful Spin is best booked directly through Kaiser Vacation Rentals. A boat slip and an EV (electric vehicle) charging station are available for an additional fee.
Bedroom Information: The fourth bedroom is a small space with a twin/twin bunk bed located on the main level with an enclosed door. Please note that there is not a closet in the bunk room. The main room has a king bed and two guest bedrooms have queen beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the upstairs hallway. Please note that there is ongoing construction at neighboring homes in this community.
Boat slip: Boat slip #13 is assigned to Peaceful Spin. The rental cost is $39 per day. The slip is extra large at 47 feet. Boat trailers must be parked off-site at a location of your choosing as trailer parking is prohibited onsite.
