There's a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower.The Boat House has gas central heating. Beautiful private flint-walled gated garden, perfect for barbecue after a day on the beach. Off street parking for one car. Our pictures say it all ! Golf is only a putt away at the North Forland golf course. Great coastal bike and walking trails. Sailing clubs.
