Summary: Booking, payment, communication was seamless! Emails and texts were so appropriately timed. ( i Know that might not be important- but it was/is for me!) Property itself is the best location - with a breeze and wayyyyy less bugs! And the view- AMAZING! I didn’t even know it came with a Boat slip which is awesome even though we brought kayaks and paddle boards- the doc had a ladder and it was easy peasy to get in/out! The actual rental was sufficient. The furniture is outdated but the beds were comfortable. We think the prior guest had crabs in the fridge so that was smelly - so wished that was better cleaned. The property manager called ahead to ask and make sure it was ok if the annual pest controllers could stop by and at the same time I asked if someone could fix the drain in the tub and they were right out!! For my first time visiting for the Pony Swim (which was absolutely Amazing) we had a great stay and all the neighbors were lovely! We actually already booked our reservation in this same condo building for next year! You can’t physically see the pony swim from Balcony- but we rode bikes (rented) (in walking distance) to memorial park where you can watch and they have a jumbo Tran! Tip: bring binoculars - bc you might be able to see from balcony. THANK YOU FOR THE STAY!!! Highly recommended!
